I found a dewalt blade DW3123. Is it a carbide tipped blade. It does not say on the blade? I need a 12″ heavy duty carbide saw blade for use in cutting oak firewood. What do you suggest?
Hi Bill,
I think it is carbide tipped. I did some research for you and the DW3123 looks like your best bet for cutting hardwood. You certainly don’t want to use a really expensive fine woodworking blade to cut firewood.
Keep the DW3123 clean and you will be amazed at how long it stays sharp.
Thanks,
Brett
